Problem
Regulated issuance cannot move fast and break things. The tokenization path had to satisfy exchange operations and compliance simultaneously.
Approach
- 01Designed issuance contracts with the operations team, not around them.
- 02Separated the regulated value path from product iteration.
- 03Left upgrade and incident procedures operations could run alone.
- 04The same control pattern now governs agent access to money and data.
