UV Labs is founder-led and deliberately small. We advise founders and finance leaders on AI economics and agent systems — Web3 war-room discipline, applied to bills that never sleep.
Why small
The advantage is fewer rooms between the problem and the person who can change it.
Large firms staff a partner on the sale and a rotating cast on the work. By the third week the people who understood your ledger have been replaced by people reading notes about it. We do not run that model.
You get the partners. When a slice needs a specialist — a payments scheme, a particular chain client, a clinical workflow — we bring one person we have already worked with, not a bench. They are named before they start.
The limit is the point. We take few engagements at once, which is why a diagnostic has a start date instead of a queue.
