DeFiZap won Kyber's global hackathon in 2019, then merged into Zapper. One-click access to positions that previously took twelve transactions.

Problem
The category did not exist. The contracts had to compose with live protocols, handle user funds safely, and keep shipping while the market was being invented around them.
Approach
- 01Designed the one-click primitive composing with underlying protocols.
- 02Coded and managed all contracts through launch and the all-equity merger.
- 03Kept the value-moving path separated from feature code.
- 04Handed over a contract set the merged team could extend.
